1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before entering production. Our inspection activities are carried out according to product requirements and internal inspection standards, with attention to the suitability, condition, and consistency of incoming items.

• Check the appearance, packaging condition, identification, and quantity of incoming materials.
• Review key characteristics of detergent ingredients, fragrance materials, films, nonwoven sheets, packaging components, and accessories.
• Verify that materials are suitable for the intended product specification and production process.
• Record and communicate any identified variation for appropriate evaluation before use.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are performed during production to help maintain stable processing conditions and product consistency. Production teams monitor relevant process points based on the product type, formulation, packaging design, and customer requirements.

• Monitor production parameters and operating conditions at defined process stages.
• Check the appearance, forming, sealing, filling, and handling of pods, capsules, sheets, and other packaged laundry products.
• Review detergent and cleaning product characteristics such as color, fragrance, uniformity, and product presentation where applicable.
• Inspect accessories, cable ties, and related items for dimensions, surface condition, and functional suitability.
• Separate and evaluate materials or products that do not meet the applicable requirements.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before release, finished products are inspected against approved specifications, samples, and order requirements. The inspection scope may vary according to the product category, packaging format, and intended application.

• Check product appearance, cleanliness, color, fragrance, and overall consistency where applicable.
• Review dimensions, weight, quantity, shape, sealing, and package integrity according to product specifications.
• Assess functional characteristics relevant to products such as laundry detergent, stain remover, fabric softener, bleach, laundry cleanser, and washing powder.
• Inspect detergent pods, capsules, laundry sheets, fragrance beads, and color catcher sheets for presentation and handling requirements.
• Verify accessories and cable ties for workmanship, size, surface quality, and application-related requirements.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging and shipment preparation are reviewed to help protect products during transportation and ensure that order information is clear and accurate. Our teams follow customer-approved packaging instructions and product-specific requirements wherever applicable.

• Check inner and outer packaging for protection, cleanliness, sealing, and structural condition.
• Verify product names, specifications, quantities, lot or batch information where applicable, and other required markings.
• Confirm carton details, pallet condition, loading arrangement, and shipment quantities against the order.
• Review packaging suitability for laundry products, hotel laundry supplies, packaging materials, and related accessories.
• Complete a final pre-shipment review before goods are prepared for dispatch.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback, inspection findings, and production observations are treated as important inputs for quality improvement. When an issue is identified, the relevant teams review the cause, define appropriate corrective actions, and follow up on the effectiveness of the response.
